All UK orders are sent tracked via courier service and take approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch, although this may change slightly during busy times (Christmas, Black Friday etc). There is a flat cost of £3.99 delivery per order. I try to dispatch all orders the next working day when ordered before 7pm. You will receive a dispatch email.
If there is an item you like but it is no longer in stock please send me an email or message me on Facebook to pre-order (subject to availability). You may be asked to pay a deposit to secure your order.
All orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Payment will be refunded in full with no cancellation fee. After dispatch, orders must then be returned for a refund (please note postage will not be refunded after dispatch).
Please use the Contact Form stating the fault and if possible, with pictures to support your claim. Once your return has been received you will then be sent a replacement (if item is still available) or given a refund. Please note: You have 30 days to return faulty goods. Returns after this time will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted as long as the item is still in its original packaging with tags attached and in a resaleable condition. All returns must be received within 21 working days of the customer receiving their goods. To return an item please contact me via EMAIL You will then be given further details including return address. If once a return has been received and checked it is in resaleable condition and with all original packaging you will be refunded in full minus the postage charge. Please note: Return postage will ONLY be paid if an item is FAULTY.
